My drive and passion
As a Massage Therapist through our sessions together I not only want to loosen tight muscles and work on painful knots, I want to educate you on bringing awareness and balance to your body. I will do this by bringing your attention to your daily postures, uncovering the subconscious patterns and adjustments your body has done over the years and how these things can have an overall impact on ones being. By hands on massage and working together to change bad postural habits this will enable you to prevent further tension in your day-to-day life. To change bad postural habits it can be as simple as going through stretching and strengthening exercises so you can bring balance and harmony to your body.
